The first in a new series of dancefloor focused EPs, Rx is inspired by VLSC's Pharmacy event concept. While the global pandemic has cleared the dancefloor for the past year, we put forth these tracks with the hope that one day soon we will hear them blasting through a proper system surrounded by friends.

Rx 001 features a track each from four VLSC mainstays. Starting things off, Flohr's 825 Warner is a tribute to all of the crazy late nights at the Bakery, melding hard and fast acid techno with west coast modular inspired synth. UnEarth finds Dee Belvedere also embracing the classic 303 sound, with analog bass worms wiggling their way through filtered breaks. Mull's contribution continues the breakbeat theme with trippy resonant synth drones layered over big beat drums. The Glad Scientist closes things out with a sub bass droning hypnotic drum workout that dissolves into something more intimate and haunting.
